ŚRUBENA UNIA Spółka Akcyjna belongs to the Polish
Group of Fasteners Manufactures. We are proud both of
magnificent location of the plant (Landscape Park of Beskid
Żywiecki's region) and its long-term continuing tradition
of fastening elements production. In 1832 Żywiec's land
possessor Archduke Karol Ludwig Habsburg had founded in
Sporysz - nearby Żywiec - huge Forge, transformed afterwards
into Steelworks which has initiated the economical
development of the region.
Proper fasteners manufacturing was initiated there in 1911.
After the II-nd World War the Factory has been continuously
enlarged and modernised. It was formed as Joint Stock
Company in 1994, and it was operating under the name:
"ŚRUBENA" S.A included into VIII-th National Investment
Found "Ocatva" within the Public Privatisation Program.
Following the implemented organisation changes, adopting
current market requirements and new marketing plans it was
created the presently operating structure - limited
liability company:ŚRUBENA UNIA Spółka Akcyjna
Both the modern machinery equipment and
qualified Staff let us to meet the domestic and foreign market
requirements.
